Job description: DescriptionAbout the Job: An international Aircraft Lessor is seeking a Transaction Paralegal to support its legal team in Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior legal professionals on a wide variety of transactional and corporate legal matters, particularly in aircraft leasing and finance.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage legal documentation, including closing checklists, transaction deliverables, and due diligence materials
• Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel to support transaction closings
• Maintain legal databases and track key team metrics
• Assist in notarization and legalization processes, letters of credit, billing, and document storage
• Support legal projects and cross-functional initiatives across the business

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in legal administration, contracts, or paralegal work, ideally within a law firm or in-house legal department
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office; particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in or exposure to aircraft leasing is desirable
