Job description: Project Hire Employee 11 months Project Objective The Policy Analyst shall support the Policy Head in the development, implementation, and management of policies related to the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) and data within the Bank. Project Description Policies and awareness campaign play a crucial role in the integration of AI in the bank as it would establish AI governance ensuring risk management, regulatory compliance, consistency and coordination and transparency and accountability in all AI initiatives. Project Deliverables Drafting of policies/guidelines/memos Establishing AI Awareness Campaign Facilitating secretariat roles
