Here, you’ll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.Major Responsibilities:Develops and executes marketing plans that drive revenue growth, physician awareness, and market development of assigned products– Owns the marketing strategy for therapies and products that caters to the needs of the business– Develops and gains alignment around marketing plan and associated activitiesCollaborates with sales, supply chain, profesisonal education, finance, and other key stakeholders– Partners with sales to drive effective physician communication regarding therapy/product positioning, pricing, applications, and pricing– Collaborates with internal stakeholders to launch products and manage product changes in line with global strategies– Develops national initiatives and ensure programs meet the needs of major trade channels– Leads the team to convert learning and insights into meaningful actions, developing customer-relevant concept and effective marketing programs– Controls budget with regular tracking– Interacts with Global physicians to drive local physician interaction and engagementMarketing intelligence Development and maintenance– Monitors product performance, competitor activities, analyses variances from plan and recommends remedial action as appropriateCapability building for execution excellence– Lead cross functional teams in execution excellence to ensure delivery of strategies and activities by committed timelines– Leads and coaches cross-functional team to deliver continuous outstanding resultsMinimum Education Required:Bachelor degree or aboveMinimum Experience Required:
