The HR Advisor plays a key role in ensuring our managers are fully supported and a seamless HR service is provided to Crown Law.We are a close-knit team dedicated to supporting a small public service agency. We also have a big work programme and a busy “business as usual” workload, so are looking for someone who is delivery focused, happy to “muck in” and build effective and trusted relationships across the team and organisation. You will have the chance to get involved in a broad range of HR functions, and lead pieces of work, but you won’t be on your own as we have a very friendly and inclusive HR team here to support you and your professional growth.We think this is a great opportunity for someone who has had some early career experience but wants to get exposure to the breadth of offerings HR can provide and develop their business partnering experience. This role would suit someone who wants to show what they can do in a small organisation before stepping into a more senior position.Ideally, you will bring:
