You’ll manage the entire relationship journey, from the first inquiry to post-placement follow-up. This includes guiding clients through the hiring process, resolving conflicts, handling paperwork, and closing sales. You’ll need to be organized, proactive, and great at building trust.This is a high-impact, people-focused role for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, delivering top-notch service, and getting things done. Your work will directly shape how families and workers experience the hiring process.What You’ll DoClient Relationship Management

• Guide employers through the hiring process. You’ll manage their expectations, create clear timelines, and handle everything from consultation to deployment.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships throughout the process.
• Provide ongoing support and resolve issues or disputes when they arise.

Sales and Conversion

• Convert inbound leads through consultations and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly placement and revenue targets.
• Track client status in our CRM and ensure all steps are followed through.

Deployment and Project Management

• Coordinate all paperwork and documentation for each case.
• Work with our partners, processing assistants and manage visa and contract processes from end to end.
• Work with institutions in Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Indonesia to ensure timely processing.

Service Quality and Teamwork

• Deliver consistently excellent service.
• Offer feedback and suggestions to improve workflows and client experience.
• Collaborate with team members to handle complex cases and troubleshoot problems.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Cantonese and English , or Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Willingness to work Sundays.Our team works 5 days a week, and Sundays are our busiest day.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Sales-driven with a strong service mindset.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and managing email and phone communication.
• We aim to hire by July.
