• Overseeing HR processes to ensure compliance with public service legislation and directives.
• Providing succinct and timely HR consultancy services to management and staff across QCS.
• Supporting the development of HR continuous improvement opportunities.
• Identify trends and provide meaningful insights to assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

Beyond these core duties, you’ll contribute to enhancing HR service delivery across the agency. Your ability to collaborate, innovate, and solve problems will be instrumental in driving positive outcomes for our customers.About You:To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Demonstrated process improvement experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and problem-solving as well as an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
