Job description: Job SummaryTo oversee and manage accurate accounts receivables and payables, ensuring timely financial transactions, data integrity, and comprehensive reporting. Contribute to budgeting, resolve invoicing issues, and support Finance Manager and executives. Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping, reconcile transactions, and generate reports for MIS and financial analysis.Roles & ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely execution of accounts receivables and payables activities.Maintain accurate financial transaction records and update them promptly.Manage the preparation of essential financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.Uphold data integrity in all financial reporting.Conduct finance analysis, reporting, and management tasks.Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies, and other financial concerns.Oversee cash controls and ensure up-to-date bookkeeping.Perform periodic financial analysis to address gaps, issues, or variances.Assist in budget preparation and management activities.Verify and process invoices for sales or services rendered.Reconcile daily, monthly, and yearly transactions.Prepare balance sheets and resolve financial disputes raised by customer service and sales teams.KPIsWork experience requirement3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or CollectionsExperience working in a Consumer Products organization, food and beverage highly preferredQualificationBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, FinanceCompetenciesBusiness Unit: S&D(UAE) (374)Business Group: S&D(GCC) (240)
