Job description: The clientOur client is a social services organisation. They are a non-government, not-for-profit organisation. They are tight-knit, and have a great team culture. Not only will you be joining a great team, but you will also recieve a Birthday day off yearly, and one wellness day every three months after the first three months.They are looking for an Administrator to join the team, 40 hours per week. Hours are between 8am and 6pm Monday-Friday. This role provides support direct to the manager, with no client communication. You will become the managers right hand person from an operational perspective.Requirements for the role
- Previous administration experience in a simialr role
- IT literate, with operational knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Highly effective communication, with excellent verbal and written English
- Comfortable with reception duties and greeting visitors
- Full NZ Drivers licence or working towards obtaining
- Clean criminal record under the Vulnerable Children’s Act
- Due to this being a permanent opportunity, those only with NZ Citizenship or residency will be considered
