Job description: JOB OVERVIEWWe are seeking a **reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant** to support our current Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator. This new position is designed to provide daily assistance on administrative tasks, coordinate simple follow-ups, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations. – Take over routine administrative tasks from the Admin Assistant / Project Coordinator and the CEO so they can focus in streamlining the processes and grow the business
– Help coordinate communication among team members
– Prepare meeting materials and handle basic record-keeping for easy reference.
– Support in monitoring deadlines and deliverables by sending reminders and updates under the guidance of the main Admin Assistant.
– Maintain and organize basic documents, spreadsheets, and reports as needed.
– Provide assistance in handling routine inquiries via email, chat, and calls, escalating complex issues to senior staff.
– Conduct simple research and compile data for presentations and planning, when requested.
– Contribute to light dispatch tasks, coordinating with field technicians for schedules or appointment confirmations, with close supervision.
– Collaborate with the Admin Assistant / Project Coordinator to address any issues that arise, offering follow-up support to ensure a seamless workflow.These tasks are done under the supervision and guidance of our existing Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator, ensuring you receive the support and training needed to succeed.Qualifications:
– Some background or familiarity with basic administrative duties (e.g., scheduling, coordinating calendars, record-keeping).
– Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle small tasks quickly and effectively.
– Good written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficient in using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and communication tools (Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.).
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a virtual team.
– A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.Package Offer:
– Full Time: 8 hours a day / 40 hours a week
– Time Zone: US – Eastern Standard Time
– Starting Rate: $4.50 per hour ($780/month)
– Weekends Off
– Weekly Payout
