This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong relationships with our partners and supporting internal team operations through clear communication, attention to detail, and sharp multitasking skills. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a goal-driven, high-energy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.What You’ll Be Doing:● Maintain a well-organized team inbox by filtering and directing emails to appropriate team members● Communicate proactively with team members to keep processes running smoothly● Identify and report potential issues or opportunities for improvement in workflow automation● Review partner agreements for accuracy and completeness● Independently build and manage daily task lists and priorities● Handle time-sensitive and detailed partner-related information with precision● Manage calendars with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail● Provide general administrative and operational support to the Partner Success team● Assist the Partner Success Manager in coordinating events and conferencesWhat We’re Looking For:● Tech-savvy and a fast learner – you quickly adapt to new systems and tools
● Familiarity with Salesforce and Gmail is a plus
● Excellent time management – you know how to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
● Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
● Highly detail-oriented and self-motivated – you spot what others miss
● Exceptional multitasking abilities – you can juggle multiple tasks with confidence
● Strong communication skills; experience dealing with clients or vendors is a plus
● Proficient in navigating various platforms, including Gmail, Adobe, Excel, Word, etc.
● Team-oriented mindset with an “all hands on deck” approach
● Sense of urgency and strong organizational skills
