Job description: Provides dedicated administrative support to executives at the VP level and may also provide a broad range of administrative or general office support for the broader team as assigned. Work will involve a range of complexity and may include scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing supporting documentation (reports, presentations, invoices, correspondence), managing calendars, creating and maintaining files, and performing other administrative assignments. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with HR functions is a plus.Position: Administrative Assistant II
Shift: Hybrid – 2-3 days in office

Administrative activities including scheduling, expense management, booking meetings, data entry into systems (terminations/opening requisitions, reference checks, offer letters), and coordination of administrative tasks. Providing high-level administrative support, ensuring quality service and professionalism. Managing a multi-tasked environment and meeting deadlines. Applying due diligence to ensure accuracy in preparing and completing required documentation. Managing incoming inquiries and requests for information.Qualifications
Verbal and written communication skills, multitasking abilities, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to maintain organized and confidential information. Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with administrative activities, scheduling, expense management, and booking meetings. HR experience and experience with Workday are preferred. High school diploma or post-secondary education; education in HR is an asset.Summary
