Our client is a leading Canadian accounting and advisory firm that is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to join the team for a 2-month contract position during tax season. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing important documentation and assisting with invoice processing. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, in-office role located in Markham, offering a pay rate of $22-25/hour. Coordinate and organize files, ensuring proper documentation is accurate and up to date.
Prepare, review, and issue invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage client records and ensure they are well-organized and easily accessible.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Assist with other office-related tasks to ensure smooth workflow during the busy tax season.Qualifications
Proven experience as an Administrator, particularly with file coordination and invoicing.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and invoicing software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Summary
