As the company continues to expand, we are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented multitasker to join the close-knit team and help ensure smooth operations.Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Administrative Support and Accounts Assistant. This position is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, handling administrative duties, and assisting with business administration.Key Responsibilities:

  • 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday – Based On-Site.
  • Efficiently manage office tasks, including creating invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records in XERO and databases.
  • Handle phone and email enquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to schedule jobs, update online systems, and ensure all procedures are accurately followed.
  • Communicate with clients in a professional and confident manner to schedule appointments and address their needs.
  • Update and maintain the client database, ensuring all information is current and complies with company procedures.
  • Learn and master new systems, including map drawing, online client-specific compliance, health and safety submissions, internal messaging systems, and appointment scheduling tools.
  • Collate reports, prepare meeting agendas and general management admin support.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of XERO accounting software HIGHLY REGARDED
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using online systems and databases.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and adapt when required.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
