Administrative assistant Quebec BilingualManage site office needs: IT, supplies, maintenance, and overall logistics.Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodations) and provide daily on-site administrative support.Collect and submit weekly timesheets to Head Office; enter data in SAP (purchase orders, invoices).Handle purchase requisitions, track orders, and manage commercial documentation.Assist with weekly and monthly cost and cash flow reporting.Organize, file, and maintain all administrative records related to the project site.Qualifications
Administrative assistant Quebec BilingualFully bilingual (French and English – written and spoken)Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experienceKnowledge of the construction industry or project-based work (an asset)Strong computer skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesTeam player with a high level of autonomy and flexibilitySummary
