With close to half a million users, it continues to be the fastest-growing digital bank in the region.JOB PURPOSEENBD Business Banking was created as a distinct vertical to handle all “non-individual” relationships within RBWM Business Banking. It has always prioritized placing customers on suitable platforms to deliver optimal products & services.As an Acquisition Officer you will be responsible for handling all types if SRs logged in CRM queues.Fixing the identified process and systems gaps and provide feedback to business units on knowledge gaps to help in training. Assisting RMs to all type’s requests assigned to them for effective resolution/TAT.Processing to all requests on BPM/Tracksoft with less errors.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive all types of SRs assigned to center.
• Investigates and identifies appropriate resolution
• Avoid escalations
• Proper Creation to all types of complaints
• Validation to resolved complaints
• Reduction in repeated complaints
• Use processes, products and policies which are offered primarily by Business Banking and the entire bank.
• Forward all requests received through emails from RMs and various internal departments.
• Liaise with various departments with regards to approval processes and handling issues (end to end).

REQUIREMENTS

• Education

– Graduate, preferably Business/Finance/Accounting

• Experiences
• 0-2 years in banking experience preferably in customer service role.
• Knowledge of system (CRM, Finnacle, Finnone etc), policies and processes.
