1010 Vienna | full time | immediate startIhre AufgabenClient and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Refine data processes and develop visualization tools (e.g., dashboards) for internal and external use.
  • Create a cost-benefit calculator and ROI assessment tools to support strategic decisions and client engagement.
  • Conduct data segmentation to tailor services to the needs of specific hospitals or regions.
  • Develop and track performance metrics to measure the success of IASIOS’s programs.
  • Produce comprehensive, tailored reports for internal stakeholders and client facilities, highlighting actionable insights.

Benchmarking and Insights:

  • Create customized benchmarking reports and data-driven presentations for workshops and client engagements.
  • Use data insights to strengthen relationships with accredited hospitals, improve resource utilization, and boost client satisfaction.
  • Drive the development of IASIOS benchmarking initiatives by analyzing data trends and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide global comparisons of data trends across regions or countries to uncover opportunities for collaboration and innovation.

Educational Content and Community Building

  • Support workshops by providing data insights and preparing content for webinars and training sessions.
  • Analyze feedback and participation metrics to improve event planning and community engagement initiatives.

Cross-Departmental Support:

  • Collaborate with accreditation, marketing, client success, and business development teams to provide tailored data insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and marketing engagement to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Ihr Profil

  • Proven experience in data analytics and reporting, preferably in the healthcare or accreditation services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and clarity in correspondence
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or higher); other languages are a bonus!
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work autonomously to complete tasks and within deadlines
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel for congresses and industry events.
