This is a contract role.The RoleAs the Accounts Receivables officer, you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable function for one of the larger entities of the business, ensuring timely and accurate processing of accounts. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong cash flow and positive relationships with the companies’ members and partners.Your duties will include:

• Invoice generation and distribution
• Recording and allocating of payments
• Account reconciliations
• Generate aging reports and provide updates to management
• Respond to customer queries
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested

Your profile:We are looking for a strong Accounts Receivable officer who has experience working in a full function capacity and has proven experience working in a large or complex organisation and in a high-volume environment.Attention to detail and accuracy as well as strong organisational skills are a must and you will be a people person with excellent written and verbal communication skills who has a knack for building rapport and relationships both inside the organisation and with the large customer base.How to apply
