Location: North Country Dublin
Terms: Full-time permanent, office-based, normal working hours
Package: €32-35,000 + BenefitsAn Accounts Receivable Clerk is now required by a large international logistics company working from their modern offices in North County Dublin. You will assist the Credit Manager in the day-to-day administration within the credit control operations.Responsibilities & Duties:

Bulk Invoice Administration
Reconcile and resolve problem invoices
Build key relationships with operations and customers to quickly resolve invoice issues
File invoices, statements and any accounting-related documents when necessary
Support the Accounting Department with miscellaneous projects and assignments
Ensure communication with local branches
Post deposits timely to the accounting system
Assist with the monthly collections
Complete daily administrative duties were necessary
Sending customer invoicing
Posting accounting journals as required
Arranging customer refunds in the payables system
Assisting with Internal and External Audit requests

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 1 year’s experience within a similar role.
Technically proficient and have strong accounting, analytical, financial modeling, and research skills
Excellent organisation skills and detail-oriented
Motivated self-starter and work with urgency
Expert knowledge in MS Office applications (specifically Excel)
Fluent in English with excellent written and oral English communication skills
Strive for continuous improvement – create best practices
