About the ClientOur client is a leading retail business who are searching for an Accounts Receivable/Bank Reconciliation Officer to join the organisation on a 12 month FTC basis. With a strong commitment to developing a positive culture within the business, this organisation is highly regarded across their industry.Position DescriptionWith team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated Accounts Receivable/Bank Reconciliation Officer to join the team.Reporting directly to the General Manager of Finance, the role will include but not be limited to:

• Support Bank Reconciliation for multiple bank accounts across multiple banks
• Allocating and receipting payments
• Preparation of reporting relating to store variances
• Support preparation and collection of Rebates
• Supporting administration for corporate credit card
• Reconciliations of payments
• Adhoc finance duties

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience within an accounts support role
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent time management skills
