We are seeking a highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist with NetSuite experience and a strong background in inventory and cost accounting. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy of vendor payments, maintaining financial controls, and collaborating across teams
to support our operational and growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:
● Process vendor invoices accurately, ensuring correct coding and compliance with company policies.
● Verify invoices against purchase orders and obtain necessary approvals before processing payments.
● Manage weekly payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
● Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution of payment issues.
● Maintain and update accounts payable records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
● Assist in month-end closing tasks, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
● Partner with procurement, finance, and operations teams to enhance AP processes and financial efficiency.
● Support financial audits by ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements.Qualifications:
● Experience: 2+ years in Accounts Payable, preferably in a high-growth startup or consumer product company.
● Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience with NetSuite is required.
● Industry Expertise: Prior experience in inventory and cost accounting is strongly preferred.
● Attention to Detail: Ability to process invoices and payments with accuracy and precision.
● Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
● Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively interact with vendors and internal teams.
● Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving processes

Expected salary: 45000 per month
