Job description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Controller to handle our financial processing in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will join our Accounting & Finance team, ensuring accuracy in our account records and financial transactions.Duties for an Accounts Payable Controller:

• Report to the Finance Manager.
• Maintain the purchase ledger and manage payment runs.
• Oversee the purchase order and procurement process for UK Retail and AFH divisions in Maidenhead.
• Collaborate closely with the outsourced AP team in overseas.
• Review and reconcile the AP ledger, resolving debit balances and aged items.
• Review unprocessed invoices and follow up with buyers or the AP team as needed.
• Assist associates with new vendor setup and maintenance to ensure compliance with company policy.
• Complete internal controls documentation and other compliance checks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, driving improvements.
