• Post invoices in the financial system
• Process payments to vendors and suppliers
• Match invoices with purchase orders and ensure accuracy
• Calculate and enter accruals based on purchase orders and unrecorded expenses
• Reconcile supplier statements and internal records

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Fluent in English
• Experience in finance/accounting, business administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
