The role involves managing bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, project accounting, and e-commerce inventory for our Website & Software Development and Amazon/eBay departments. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records in Excel and Odoo ERP, ensure compliance with tax laws, manage project budgets, and handle documentation and contract management. This position reports to the General Manager (Pakistan Operations).No. of Vacancies1Responsible For1. Bookkeeping & Financial ManagementRecord and categorize daily transactions using Excel and Odoo ERPTrack receivables, payables, sales, purchases, and general ledgersPrepare monthly and quarterly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Perform monthly bank reconciliations2. Tax ComplianceCompile data and prepare documentation for:Monthly Sales Tax Returns (FBR & PRA)Annual Income Tax ReturnLiaise with tax consultants and authorities when required3. Project Accounting & BudgetingMaintain budget and cost tracking for software and website development projectsMonitor project cash flows, vendor payments, and internal cost allocationsAssist in pricing and cost analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects4. E-Commerce Inventory ManagementMaintain real-time inventory records for Amazon and eBay using ExcelReconcile monthly sales and stock consumption data5. Document & Contract ManagementMaintain a secure database for employee contracts, legal documentation, and personal recordsDraft, review, and file employment contracts and business agreementsEnsure documentation is up-to-date and confidentialAdditional Requirements2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting rolesPreference will be given to candidates with experience in tech or e-commerce industries
