We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager, Accounts to oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations and reporting for Osul Manafa Group. This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, compliance with accounting standards, and the efficient management of our financial resources. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, technical accounting expertise, and a proactive approach to optimizing financial processes.Key Responsibilities: * Financial Reporting & Compliance:

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Manage and coordinate external audits, addressing any findings or recommendations.
• General Ledger & Reconciliation Management:

• Supervise and manage the general ledger, including reviewing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of the books each month and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Budget Management & Variance Analysis:

• Work closely with the finance and operational teams to prepare annual budgets and perform monthly variance analysis.
• Provide insights into budgetary variances, tracking performance against financial goals, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely collections and accurate, on-time payments to vendors.
• Monitor aging reports, credit terms, and cash flow to maintain optimal liquidity and minimize financial risks.
• Tax Compliance & Reporting:

• Oversee tax filings, including VAT, sales tax, and other regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance.
• Coordinate with tax advisors and regulatory bodies, addressing any tax-related queries or audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional qualification such as CA is preferred- qualified or part qualified).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders across the organization.
