As the Accounts Executive, you will be involved in the entire process of administration expenses and therefore the record of financial transactions related to NORDEN’s office activities. To be more specific your work will especially revolve around:Preparation and posting of journal entries.Reconciliations of balance sheet accounts..Bank reconciliations.Regulatory – audit preparedness.Performing intercompany reconciliations.Processing payments.This role is all about collaboration across the different teams and departments while you will have your own responsibilities.Therefore, we see that you have good coordination, teamwork, and communication skills, implying that you convey thoughts, ideas, feelings, and information effectively to others in various contexts.Your qualifications
Further, to thrive as our Accounts Executive, it is important that you can see yourself in the following statements:You hold a degree in Accounting or Finance.You have experience with subsidiary accounting.You have experience with booking overhead and administration of expenses.You have a good foundation in Excel.You have a basic understanding of ERP systems, we use MSBC.You hold experience with intercompany or profit centre setups.Application
