• Perform reconciliation and matching of trades, cash flow, positions between Front to Back (FOBO), Front to Front (FOFO), Back-to-Back (BOBO) applications dealing with market activities.
• Investigation of the breaks and explaining the root causes within the breaks management tools
• Liaise with the various internal teams in charge of breaks resolution like Front office, Middle Office, Back Office & IT interlocutors
• Daily follow-up of breaks. Identify and resolves workflow issues and problems (mismatches, unmatched, orphans…) within regulatory deadlines and escalation of breaks on a timely manner
• Perform the Anti-Fraud Cancel and Rebook control (CATS) and abnormal behaviours observed.
• Participates in the identification of areas for operational improvement (risk reduction, automation, strengthening, and new business of operational processes).
• Maintains a high level of client service internally and externally and help actively manage the Client-provider relationship

Requirements:

• University Degree holder from discipline in Finance, Mathematics or Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Capital Markets reconciliation experience.
• Good knowledge of financial products and understanding of the operational risks involved in Fixed Income and FX products
• Good analytical, organizational and interpersonal skill
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to details and a self-starter who is highly motivated.
• Good judgement, alertness and common sense
• Proficient in English
• Versatile with PC tools and applications, e.g. MS Office, VBA
