Job description: Position: Accounting clerk
Schedule: 37.5 to 40 hours per week
1 month contract – possibility of extension

Manage accounts receivable
 Balance daily cash reports
 Identify cash deficits and surpluses in order to justify variances and balance the accounts;
 Record income related to cash reports;
 Prepare and make weekly deposits and record cash receipts according to deposits made;
 Prepare cash receipt information for the monthly bank reconciliation and submit to the Finance Manager;
 Receive and sort mail received daily and forward it to the right person;
 Prepare reports for senior management as required;
 Assist management with all other related tasks and special projects.Qualifications
– DEC, AEC, DEP in accounting or administration
– French speaking
– Intermediate level Excel
