Job description: We are Hiring! Specific Job title/Position: Accounting supervisor (Several slots available – depending on your skills: we have several domains) Salary offer depends on your experiences and skills. Your salary expectation is subject for approval. Work Set up & Location: Fully ONSITE in Taguig Work Schedule: Fixed Nightshift Training: Must have a Valid Passport & Must be willing to Travel and undergo 1 Month Training in US (Expected Training date: ON or BEFORE July 2025) – All expenses will be provided (allowances/accommodation included). Expect that you will be evaluated during your Training period. There’s still a chance that the management can decide to end your training or employment if you didn’t pass the training period. Bond contract: Must be open to 2 years bond Contract , meaning, y ou have to stay in the company for 2 years ; you are not allowed to leave and resign unless you’ve already completed a 2 years contract. After 2 years, you may decide to stay or resign. Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related course Working experience in BPO/Shared Services At least 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role . Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. REQUIRED: Must have US GAAP Experience Hands-on Experience in any of the following domains: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Tax Experience in overseeing accounting operations, en sure accuracy and compliance, and lead a team of accounting professionals. Experience in R eviewing and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness; and conducting training, mentoring, and evaluating accounting staffs; Assisting with audits and other financial reviews. Proficiency in a ccounting software and Microsoft Exce l. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. S trong leadership and team management abilitie s. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills Can Start ASAP

Expected salary: 50000 – 75000 per month
