Job description: A US Base Company need junior accountant for back offifce responsible for basic accounting tasks like data entry, maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with accountsPayable and receivable, typically under the supervision of a senior accountant or accounting manager; requiring strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.Responsiblities:

• Monitor any discrepancies in payment, monitor for charges made on credit cards and record any returns.
• Organize a financial filing system that is easily accessible.
• Prepare accounting reports to be presented to senior management.
• Track all payments made for tax preparation and follow up on returns.
• Speak to clients about payments, refunds and statements.
• Ensure that all clients receive their financial statements on time.
• Ensure accuracy of financial statements, making sure that the final figures on statements are correct.
• Assist with the balancing of the office/department budget.

The ideal candidate should have b.com, bba, bs accounting & finance qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require reconciling bank statement, preparing financial reports, maintain financial reports, data entry skills mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 40k to 45k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.

Expected salary: 40000 – 45000 per month
