Job description: Job responsibilities:Prepare and co-ordinate with offshore colleagues for monthly routine journal entriesReview all accounting entries prepared by local finance team and take necessary steps for corrections and clarificationsComplete inter-company balances reconciliations and follow up all the transactions with discrepancies with relevant partiesPrepare and review monthly forecast on overhead, salary and travelPrepare monthly management and financial reportsProvide commentary on variance between last period forecast and current period result/forecastMonitor month-end closing process with offshore finance team and ensure all deadlines are metCalculate monthly payroll to expatriates and ensure advance are deducted properlyPrepare/review and follow up on balance sheet schedules to ensure they are cleanWork with local finance team to prepare annual budgetCo-ordinate with offshore offices and internal departments to streamline and improve reporting processes and strengthen internal controlProvide training to offshore finance on accounting operations and system enhancement and implementationTo ensure local compliance in local offices are done timely and properlyInvolve and co-ordinate annual audit activitiesSupport and assist the Finance Manager in all financial management reportsSkills & Requirements:Higher Diploma / Diploma in Accounting or related discipline or aboveMinimum 5 years relevant working experience in Accounts reportingHigh proficient in MS officeGood command of written and spoken English, good computer knowledgeSelf-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible, decisive working style and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlinesGood communication and interpersonal skillsImmediately available is preferredInterested parties, please send your Curriculum Vitae with expected salary and availability by clicking the following “APPLY NOW” button.To know more about NEXT, please visit www.next.co.uk [link removed].(Applicants not contacted within six weeks should consider their application unsuccessful.
