Job description: Our clients are now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:Job Duties:Prepare and co-ordinate with offshore colleagues for monthly routine journal entriesReview all accounting entries prepared by local finance team and take necessary steps for corrections and clarificationsComplete inter-company balances reconciliations and follow up all the transactions with discrepancies with relevant partiesPrepare and review monthly forecast on overhead, salary and travelPrepare monthly management and financial reportsProvide commentary on variance between last period forecast and current period result / forecastMonitor month-end closing process with offshore finance team and ensure all deadlines are metPrepare / review and follow up on balance sheet schedules to ensure they are cleanWork with local finance team to prepare annual budgetInvolve and co-ordinate annual audit activitiesRequirements:Min. 5 years exp in Accounts ReportingWork experience in MNC / sizeable company is preferredWith regional experience (support offshore offices) is preferredGood command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and MandarinInterested parties, please send your updated resume with Current and Expected salary in MS word format toFor more information please contact Ms. Lo atRef # TL04010All information collected will be treated in strict confidence and be used for recruitment purpose onlyCompany Web-Site: www.headsearch21.com
