In this Accountant role in Mississauga, you will be responsible for the following:
– Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and all invoicing in compliance with company policies
– Check for accurate coding of GL entries, including the allocations of costs
– Perform data entry for vendor invoices
– Recurring journal entries maintenance and reconciliation
– Assist in month-end activities such as accrual entries
– Communicate directly with clients to resolve payment and other queriesQualifications
We are looking for the following for this Accountant role located in Mississauga:
– Minimum 1 year of accounting experience across all aspects of the function including AP, AR, journal entries, and reconciliation.
– A bachelor’s degree in either business administration or accounting.
– Experience working Sage 300 is a great asset.
– Proficient in word and excel
– ERP experience is an assetSummary
