Job description: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary liaison for Premium and VIP clients, managing and nurturing high-value relationships. Oversee the entire account relationship lifecycle, including onboarding, addressing inquiries and concerns, coordinating issue resolution, and providing ongoing support. Receiving inquiries, concerns, and requests from SMDC Premium, The Estate, and SMDC VIP, ensuring timely and effective responses. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently. Escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring clients’ concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately. Resolve client issues by coordinating with representatives from various departments under the Customer Support Division. Analyze client feedback and behavior to identify growth opportunities and improve service offering for these premiere accounts. Prepare and present performance reports, account updates, and action plans to both internal stakeholders and higher management. QUALIFICATIONS: Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or any related course. With at least five (5) years of proven work experience in account management or customer service, handling VIP or high-profile clients. Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and mediate between clients and internal teams. Ability to present updates to internal/external stakeholders and higher management. Has proficiency in software applications (MS Office, SAP, etc.,). Amenable to work in Pasay City.
