• Invoice Management: Prepare, verify, and send invoices to clients accurately and on time.
• Payment Processing: Track incoming payments, apply them to accounts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
• Aging Reports: Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
• Customer Communication: Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payments professionally and promptly.

Skills :

• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Oracle.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Understanding of accounts receivable processes and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and ERP systems.
• Experience with reconciliation tools and processes.
