The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring that all vendor invoices are processed and paid in a timely and accurate manner. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our Head Office in Khayaban-e-Amin, Lahore.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Review, verify, and process incoming invoices and payment requestsMatch invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracyPrepare and process electronic transfers and paymentsMaintain vendor records and ensure proper documentationReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptlyAssist with monthly and year-end closing processesCommunicate with vendors regarding payment status and invoice queriesEnsure compliance with internal financial policies and proceduresCollaborate with the procurement and finance teams to improve AP processesRequirements:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accountingKnowledge of basic accounting principles and AP processesExperience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracyGood organizational and time management skillsEffective communication and problem-solving abilitiesIf you are motivated, accurate, and eager to grow within a supportive financial team, we encourage you to apply.Apply Now Join Business Solutions & Services and help us build stronger financial foundations.
