• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their unique insurance needs
• Designing and proposing comprehensive general insurance packages to meet client requirements
• Negotiating policy terms and conditions with insurers to secure the most competitive rates for clients
• Providing timely and professional customer service to ensure a seamless client experience
• Identifying new business opportunities and generating sales leads through networking and prospecting
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, trends and product developments

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a brokerage or insurance sales role, preferably in the general insurance industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with clients
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to secure the best outcomes for clients
• Analytical and technical skills to understand complex insurance products and policies
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team
