We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat.About Us:Our Work Dynamics business line works with some of the world’s leading organisations to provide onsite solutions.Position PurposeDue to an internal transfer, we have an exciting opportunity for an Account Director for our client – a leading Australian Financial Services institution.Reporting to the Executive Director, you will provide professional management and functional control of services across the account, provides leadership, mentoring and guidance to the account team and oversees the performance and management of services.This position combines a need to manage internal & external stakeholders to become a trusted property advisor to the client. It also requires development of strategies to ensure financial & tenure risk mitigation, governance & integrity.The objective is to lead a dynamic team to provide outstanding service & experiences in all aspects of delivery across Transaction Management, Property Management, Lease Administration, Project Management and Finance.Key responsibilities include:

• Define the vision and strategy of the account ensuring the client receives exceptional delivery
• Deliver all required contractual obligations including KPIs.
• Ensure consistency in processes, systems, reporting & risk management.
• Drive focus on client experience and deliver innovative solutions.
• Provide strategic advice and transaction management expertise to both the client and the account team.
• Develop trusted, lasting relationships to nurture longevity of the contract.
• Ensure both the client’s and JLL’s policies and procedures are always observed and acted upon.
• Manage and control budgets and cost expenditure for client and JLL.
• Lead the account team in all aspects of continuous workload distribution, priority setting, reporting, coaching and mentoring.
• Deliver ongoing performance and compliance reporting following contract obligations and based on market analysis & opportunities, always acting in the best interest of the client.
• Facilitate & lead client business review meetings, communicate progress.
• Ability to translate client needs into existing or new business growth.

What you will bringThe successful candidate is likely to be an experienced Transactions Manager or Account Manager with proven experience in a management level position.You will be able to demonstrate a track record in Transactions Management, with other related operational delivery, as well as a strong commercial understanding of contract management within a corporate services environment.Strong client management skills and interpersonal skills for team and stakeholder management; business writing and financial acumen required.An ability to work with a varied workload and to juggle conflicting priorities & manage resources to deliver successful outcomes is essential.Your exceptional leadership skills will encourage the account team to achieve the best possible performance. You have proven ability to motivate, engage and promote personal development.Other skills required:

• Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives.
• Exhibits honesty & trustworthiness.
• Proven capacity to understand and interpret contracts and leases.
• Experience within major corporate client/s.
• Tertiary Qualifications preferred (Property, Finance or Legal).
• Relevant State Real Estate Licence/Sub-Agents Licence preferred.
