Job description: Job Description:The CompanyMy client is a leading corporate bank, and they are currently looking for an experienced Business Management/Internal Control candidate to join the team.The Role

• Create monthly financial budgets, estimates, and forecasts for the division.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Compile various financial analysis materials and reports for management’s strategic meetings.
• Engage in KPI setting, financial planning, and annual budgeting for the division.
• Develop a comprehensive scorecard to motivate sales units in achieving desired business outcomes.
• Complete ad hoc assignments as needed

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Proficient in writing reports in Chinese.
• A collaborative team player with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven, capable of working under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).
• Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
