They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled 3pCRM Control Exception Management Analyst to join our client.Contract Period: 12 months
Pay Rate: Starting from $52 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Hybrid; in office 2 days a week
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Core Business HoursJob Responsibilities:
We are seeking a 3pCRM Control Exception Management Analyst to support the governance, risk, and compliance aspects of third-party Cyber Risk Management. This role focuses on identifying, tracking, and resolving issues related to third-party vendors while leveraging reporting, analytics, automation, and scripting to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience with Reporting and Data analytics and good to have Power BI, scripting capabilities to enhance process automation to issue management and reporting capabilities.Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• 3rd party vendor
• Cyber skills
• Issue management
