There are also many learning and development opportunities offered to our graduates outside of the professional qualification realm.Job DescriptionWe help organisations decide their future direction & then importantly, how to get there.As a graduate joining our Strategy team, you’ll embark on a journey where you’ll work across a range of projects within the Strategy portfolio giving you the chance to explore all our offerings.You’ll work on high-impact projects from day one and help shape the future direction of leading organisations from both the public and private sector.This means you’ll need to quickly get up to speed on the organisation and the challenges they face & help them shape a better tomorrow.This could be by helping the client prioritise, deliver & manage their assets, build a case for future investment of funding, undertaking economic analysis, establish what ‘good’ looks like in terms of responsible & sustainable choices or creating a new business strategy.We do lots of research, both desk-based and interview/workshop based, and lots of analysis, both qualitative & quantitative. We use different analytical frameworks that we have available to come up with approaches and solutions to their challenges.Our teams can often be small which means from early on you will be directly involved in the conversations and will be working closely with our clients.Your typical day will include:

  • Researching or analysing data and information to develop insight for the client
  • Developing presentation material
  • Supporting project teams to build strong client relationships
  • Collaborating with other teams to bring in insight from across all of Deloitte
  • Supporting workshops with clients to understand problems & come up with solutions
