There are also many learning and development opportunities offered to our graduates outside of the professional qualification realm.Job DescriptionWork as part of a team to deliver high quality commercial, financial and strategic advisory outcomes to clients seeking to navigate complex transactions including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), capital raisings and debt advisory. As an Analyst, you will be a core part of the team leveraging your analytical skills to provide insightful and robust analysis and will have direct contact with senior team members and clients.Our Corporate Finance and Transactions team is a highly skilled group offering comprehensive support in M&A advisory, financial due diligence, debt advisory, valuation and modelling.The team is spread nationally, and they deliver services to all industries and across a wide variety of client types, ranging from corporate and financial investors, individuals, through to private and listed companies.Your typical day will include:

• Taking responsibility for performing in-depth financial analysis of companies.
• Participating in engagement team and client discussions regarding the value drivers, opportunities and risks associated with a transaction.
• Contributing to reports which communicate insights to our clients and other stakeholders.

QualificationsEnough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:

• No previous experience is required. Internships with accounting or finance exposure, or part-time positions in customer-service, retail and hospitality are beneficial.
• Currently completing a bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another relevant major e.g. Data – Analytics, Coding, Engineering, Law, Sciences.
• An analytical mind, detail-oriented, with a passion for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• An adaptable and driven attitude – you understand what it’s like to overcome obstacles through tenacity and hard work. You are meticulous with processes and inquisitive to solve problems.
