You will:

  • Manage Chinese social media accounts (Wechat, Weibo, Red, Tiktok, etc.) to improve brand presence.
  • Work closely with Product teams and Branches to develop creative marketing materials and events.
  • Actively track, measure the efficiency of digital media, monitor campaign ROI and take learning for future plan optimization.
  • Identify platform priority for AIG, by product and by campaign. Sensitive to emerging platform and could quickly adopt new tools for marketing strategy.
  • Project management through to execution, including management of logistics, vendors, contracts, and timely delivery of reports for internal and external requirements.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Will have graduated by July 2025 or recent graduates with up to 2 years of experience.
  • Stay up to date with the latest marketing & social trends.
  • A creative problem solver and positive communicator.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing and other related field is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Skilled in computer software including Microsoft Office.
