Job description: Job SummaryJob DescriptionAre you someone with excellent communication skills? Are you focused and determined in periods of high stress? As the successful incumbent you will join the RBC Capital Markets Equity Finance Desk, an integral part of RBC’s Central Funding Group. You will be expected to act in the best interest of RBC Capital Markets and our clients.Equity Finance provides liquidity to RBC’s prime brokerage clients, equity desks and the retail client base and provides financing to CFG clients and internal RBC desks. We have Equity Finance desks in Toronto, NY, London and Sydney.Required Skills & Characteristics:Knowledge of financial marketsExtreme attention to detailStrong oral and written skillsMulti-tasker that works well in a high-pressure and unstructured environmentRelationship builder across various groups and individualsFast learner with an ability to anticipate next steps and tasksProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Programming experience an asset (Visual Basic, Python etc.)Primary Responsibilities:
