Job description: 您的职责是在遵循凯悦酒店集团的企业战略及品牌标准的前提下，保持所在部门的高效营运，并满足员工、客人及酒店业主的期望。 行使餐饮部业务经理和市场推广专员的职能，确保所有餐厅和宴会遵循酒店标准成功运营并各自赢利。You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.拥有酒店或旅游管理的本科或专科学历优先；有一到两年担任大型机构宴会或会议服务总监的工作经验优先；必须具有良好的经营、行政管理和人际交往能力。Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. 1-2 years work experience as Director of F&B, or Assistant Director of F&B in large property. Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
