Job description: Provides information when requested and promotes hotel’s services, facilities and special events.如需要时,提供有关信息,提升酒店的服务、设施和特殊项目的质量。Implements department procedures and policies as needed如需要时,实施部门政策和程序。Create a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers.在与内部或外部客户交涉时,建立一种肯定的酒店形象。Adhere to hotel brand standards维护酒店品牌标准。Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests具备对产品和服务的高度认识,以便向客人解释和出售服务、设施Demonstrate co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments与同事、主管、团队互相协作和信息,跨越部门传达肯定的积极的结果。Interact with department and hotel staff in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two way communication以专业的积极的态度与各部门和酒店员工相互作用,培养良好的关系,促进团队精神,保证有效的双方沟通。Control the consumption of office stationery and their storage.控制部门办公用品的消耗,并保持一定的存量。Inspect & instruct the associates daily work, give proper promotion, rewardsReport to the Financial Controller directly向财务总监汇报工作。Payroll control and administration:工资管理: Assists in preparation of monthly payroll.协助每月工资发放 To check the accuracy of working hour recorded in the HRS system against the manual department rosters.检查考勤准确性 To prepare salary payment lists for bank transfer and print payslips for all staffs.准备银行转帐和所有员工打印工资单工资支付清单。 Investigate and report all variances.调查和报告所有的差异 Prepare month end journal for payroll and payroll related expenses.每月工资和与工资相关费用记账Reconcile payroll systems and other expenses against actual payment amount. To randomly verify payslips against phantom employees .调整工资系统与其他费用与实际支付,随机检查工资单Fully responsible for & Accomplish the task assigned by the Financial Controller at any time.
