海外区域销售经理Regional Sales Manager/International Dept.
工作地点：上海/山东日照
人数：共3名职业要求：
1、3年及以上国际贸易或相关工作经验，年龄35岁以下，男女不限；
2、正规大学本科及以上学历，能熟练运用Office办公软件，英语听说读写流利；
3、具备较强的客户开发能力，具有出色的谈判能力、说服力，亲和力强；
4、有团队合作精神，能独立出差，能承受一定的工作压力，形象气质佳；
5、工作踏实稳重，做事细心认真负责。Main Responsibilities:
1. Develops a sales plan and strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2. Responsible for development of new customers and distributors，effective management of agents and distributors.
3. Provides timely feedback for market to senior management.
4. Maintains accurate records of sales, and activity reports submitted by sales force.
5. Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
6. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
7. Reporting to: International Department Manager
