Its prime downtown location provides extensive convenient transportation coverage.上海静安香格里拉坐落于静安区中央商务区的中心地带，是静安嘉里中心的聚焦点。酒店共有508间客房，6家特色中、西、日餐厅。酒店紧邻四个街区，楼宇底层连接地铁2号线或7号线，其优越的市区中心位置提供了广泛便利的交通覆盖。We are currently looking for a Service Associate-Therapist to join our SPA team.As a Service Associate-Therapist, we rely on you to:

• To welcome guests and answer all inquiries under our standard of operations.

• Have a complete knowledge of the treatments, services, products and promotion offered.

• To ensure that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of appearance as lay down by the Service Leader / Spa Manager are implemented.

• To organize therapist scheduling and selection under the standard of operations and to maximize the Spa Revenue.

We are looking for someone who:

• To ensure the smooth operations of CHI, The Spa and Health Club

• To ensure guests’ satisfaction

• To maximize the Spa revenue while wisely control expenses

• 必须具备完整的Spa护理的知识、产品知识熟悉服务流程以及了解优惠推广项目。

• 确保贯彻执行所有由水疗中心管理层制定的运作程序、管理章程和外观标准。

• 按运作标准做好理疗师轮牌工作并最大限度地提升Spa的收入

• 确保水疗及健身中心的正常运作

• 顾客满意度

• 争取水疗中心最大利润同时控制成本
