Job description: Job Description:Assist in the timely billing of accounts协助及时提供账单Maintain a filing system for account receivable records维护应收记录文件系统。Assist in balancing daily transfer to city ledger and post, edit and update to accounts receivable system协助平衡每日转账，过账情况，并更新应收系统In the absence of the Account Clerk, handle correspondence and queries regarding city ledger accounts在其他财务部文员不在时，处理城市挂帐相关信函和疑问。Assist in the reconciliation of accounts协助调节账目。Respond to and resolve account queries回应并解决帐务问题Collate suppliers documentation for processing比较供应商产品及报价。Ensure all invoices have the appropriate documentation attached and approvals prior to processing确保所有的发票在上交前附有相应的经过正式批准的文件。Process all invoices and statements处理所有发票和报表Record and process payments of goods and services记录并处理货运服务的支付程序。Maintain a filing system for accounts payable records维护应付记录文件系统Maintain clear lines of communication with outside companies to ensure timely and accurate supply of goods and services与外部公司保持良好的沟通交流，确保棘手准确的提供物品和服务。Check arithmetic accuracy and invoices检查数据准确性和发票。Reconcile the weekly purchase log核对每周采购记录Prepare cheque run for approval on a weekly basis每周呈报支票，等待上层批准。Reconcile supplier statements with establishment records and follow up on any discrepancies调节供应商报表，建立记录，并跟进差异。Assist in maintain the batch register and balance daily to general ledger协助维护总账批处理记录和每日过账到总账的余额记录。Assist in preparing the accruals journal at month end for regular suppliers and delivery dockets not paid协助月末准备供应商和未付款项的应计项目日记账。Calculate travel agent commissions计算旅行社佣金。Aid in the preparation of the travel agents cheque listing协助准备旅行社支票列表。Use finance computer programs使用财务计算机程序
